The Greyscale Agric Youth Ambassador Programme (GYAP) selects youth who have completed our agricultural training and equips them with funding, mentorship and technical support to expand existing crop, poultry or fisheries enterprises — while they lead practical learning for others.
We follow a proven Learn → Practice → Earn → Mentor → Replicate model, creating future ambassadors and self-sustaining agribusinesses that strengthen communities and the national value chain.
